Have you ever been on a foreign missions trip?

Our first ever trip in vibe was 2010 to South Africa… the same place we’re going to this year. Honestly, we were not prepared, but it changed our lives forever. We grew, our faith grew, our trust in God grew, we did things we never thought were possible!

What God did on that first trip changed us forever.

However, a bit like Moses when asked to go… we were reluctant. Why go away there, when we have so much to do at home?

What we didn’t realise, it was training for back home. 2 weeks training for 50 weeks back home!

Sometimes it takes a trip away, leaving bills, work, worries, and life issues behind. So, we can plug fully into walking with God. Learning how to hear His voice and being reminded – I’m a follower of Jesus.

Being on a short-term missions trip is like being one of the early disciples with Jesus. You know He’s there; you need Him and without Him you’re in trouble!

God has already called us to go… don’t miss out. He has more in store for you that you realise!

Acts 1:8… and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” – This time its South Africa!
